Anti caking coating agent

Using our company's independently developed MSA (Microsize Self Assembly) micro size in-situ self-assembly technology, modified vegetable oil polyurethane is organically combined with active biological enhancement factors to uniformly spread on the surface of fertilizer particles, forming an enhanced coating structure with specific functions.

1. Surface modification for ease of use: Coating the surface of fertilizers to improve storage stability and reduce the occurrence of moisture absorption and clumping. At the same time, the surface coating facilitates the uniform mixing of fertilizer particles.

2. Enhance efficiency and promote growth, improve effectiveness: Equipped with active enhancing factors, it can improve crop quality, enhance rhizosphere environment, and increase crop resistance. The coating can passivate the surface of fertilizer particles, slow down nutrient leaching, and prolong nutrient action time.

3. Beautify the appearance, add value to the product: add color and brightness, beautify the appearance of fertilizer particles.

4. ZLP130A coating agent, suitable for cold coating of urea, organic fertilizers, diammonium and other products, when used in conjunction with a curing agent. Generally, 3-5kg of coating agent and 1-2kg of curing agent are sufficient to meet the chemical prevention requirements per ton of fertilizer.
